As the Spa Sales Lead, you will hold a dynamic front‑line leadership role responsible for driving sales excellence and cultivating a high‑performing, motivated front desk team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Spa Sales Associate with an added focus on driving sales results, coaching team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets while keeping each service memorable and exceptional. Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. Uphold spa cleanliness standards. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents. Perform various other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Spa Associate or comparable sales experience required. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others. Excellent communication, organisation, and follow‑up skills. Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. 18 years old or older. High‑school diploma or equivalent. Compensation Competitive hourly pay with monthly bonus opportunities based on individual and team sales performance.
