Obtain property details and assess overall conditions. Provide timely reports and submit them online via PC/Desktop with attachments. Qualifications Reliable car for traveling to inspections. Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet connection. Basic computer and communication skills. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to undergo a background check. Previous independent contractor experience preferred.
