Investment Specialist

Investment Specialist (New York, NY) Drive Latin America coverage across differentiated private credit strategies in a portfolio of investments spanning corporates, financials, infrastructure, and energy. Work on deal sourcing and build and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors, advisors, international investment banks, and local market participants in emerging markets. Conduct fundamental credit analysis on potential borrowers and assess capital structures, macro political, FX, and other relevant lending risks. Drive the execution of new investments across private credit transactions, including direct corporate lending, structured credit, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, subordinated and mezzanine finance, and infrastructure and project finance. Coordinate due diligence, financial modeling, term sheet development, and legal processes with third party advisors, legal counsel, and development agencies. Monitor key financial performance indicators borrower and asset covenant tracking and implement ongoing portfolio monitoring protocols. Partner with the Portfolio Manager and broader investment team to support portfolio construction, conduct thematic research, and perform ongoing risk and return analysis. Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience. Compensation: Salary Range: $179,088-$225,000 per year.
