Job Description: We’re seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team at our Corporate Office in Watkinsville, GA. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, analytics thinking, have the ability to problem solve, and think creatively. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, payment support, and vendor maintenance
• Support accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment posting, follow up, and balance reconciliations
• Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and intercompany multi-entity accounting
• Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and financial records
• Maintain accurate accounting files and communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent education/ experience)
• Minimum 1 year of general accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial record keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and standard office software
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Discretion when handling confidential information

Ideal Candidate: 

• Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and Ramp (or similar expense management tools)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
• Prior experience with multi-entity accounting

Schedule Details: 

• Mon - Fri 8am-5pm (40hrs/week)
