IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for full-service freight forwarding and logistics company located in Fullerton, CA.
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with EDI experience to help manage shipments and electronic data between customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Duties:
- Process EDI transactions (POs, invoices, shipment notices)
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and warehouses
- Track shipments and provide updates
- Fix EDI or shipping issues when needed
- Enter and update logistics data in systems (ERP/TMS)
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or EDI preferred
- Basic knowledge of ERP or TMS systems is a plus
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel skills
Work Environment:
Fast-paced logistics office environment.
Compensation: $22 - $24/HR.
