Client Services Representative

What you'll do
As a CSR, you're the friendly face our clients and research participants meet when they walk in. On any given day, you might:
- Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
- Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
- Reset spaces quickly between studies, so the next group is ready to go.
- Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
- Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they come up.
- You're friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
- You're comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast pace.
- You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
- You can work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
- You can stand for long stretches, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- You're curious about new tools and technology, including AI.
