Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center | Pigeon Forge, TN
Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN | Day, Evening & Night Shifts
Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing healthcare team.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence .
Responsibilities Include:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Measure and record vital signs as assigned
Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility guidelines
Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification – Required
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Newly Certified CNAs Are Encouraged to Apply!
