Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - NP/PA

Position

Stallant Health & Wellness is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant for our new Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care, blending evidence-based medicine with lifestyle and preventive strategies.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and concierge staff to create a warm, seamless patient experience.
• Incorporate hospitality-inspired touches into daily workflows so each visit feels personalized and uplifting.
• Support prevention through screenings, counseling, and patient education.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with RHC and state/federal standards.
• Engage with the community, extending Stallant’s mission beyond the clinic walls.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing; active California NP license, or Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program with active California PA license.
  
• IEHP Credentialed (Strongly Preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine passion for whole-person wellness.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $170,000/year (40 hours).
