Plant Manager

Responsibilities for this Plant Manager job include:

• Direct and train manufacturing personnel to assure positive results
• Schedule manufacturing workloads to assure that proper inventory levels meet customer delivery needs
• Coordinate, direct, and lead all production, warehouse, maintenance and quality activities
• Schedules, and orders materials and supplies in a timely manner to meet requirements
• Manage and schedule regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment
• Complies and administer all company policies/procedures
• Create & maintain part numbers, B.O.M.'s, routings and costs
• Estimate and provide sales price and/or costs to Sales as needed
• Enforce all company safety policies/procedures according to federal, state and local agencies.
• Achieve continuous product and quality improvement.
• Reporting
• Reviewing/ Approving time records
• Customer relations
• Other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in an equal/similar manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
