Executive Business Partner

Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing time. Prepare the CEO for meetings with agendas, background materials, and talking points. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and communications on the CEO's behalf. Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items and deadlines. Act as liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners. Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries. Manage expense reporting and administrative processes. Manage calendar scheduling and provide administrative support for the VP, People. Manage select personal appointments, errands, scheduling, travel, reservations, household or family logistics, and ad hoc personal projects for the CEO. Serve as primary point of contact for NYC office procedures, amenities, and day-to-day operations. Maintain the NYC office environment with the Culture team. Coordinate logistics for in-office meetings and events, including catering and setup. Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. Requirements 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or Chief of Staff. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. High degree of discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across strategic support, office logistics, and personal assistance. Based in or able to work on-site in New York City. Willing to travel to Connecticut 1–2 times per week as needed. Proactive, adaptable approach to a broad and varied scope of work.
