Sales Executive (Industrial Consumables) Position Sales Executive (Industrial Consumables) Summary An industrial-conumable manufacturer is seeking a qualified Sales Executive to join their team. This role focuses on B2B sales of industrial filtration products, including both in-house and third-party imported products from Japan. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide technical explanations and product proposals. Business travel is required for customer visits and sales activities. Essential Duties Conduct B2B sales targeting U.S. companies Sell filter cartridges and filtration system-related equipment Meet with customers and sales representatives to strengthen relationships Train distributors and accompany them on client visits (including factories and R&D facilities) Develop new distributors through cold calling and sales outreach Research new customers and leverage distributors for sales expansion Conduct market research through trade shows, industry publications, and online sources Provide interpretation and translation support as needed Participate in weekly internal sales meetings Report sales forecasts and performance metrics regularly Set annual sales targets and provide activity reports Working Hours, Working Style Monday - Friday; 9:00 – 18:00 (Full-time, exempt) Hybrid work: Minimum two office days per week Business trips: 1-2 times per month (3-5 days per trip) Working Location Torrance, CA Salary/Benefit $70K – $75K DOE Commission: Annual bonus based on sales performance Medical and dental insurance Company-providedphone and laptop Paid holidays, PTO (12 days for employees with less than two years, and sick leave Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, and major US holidays Qualifications MUST-HAVE: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to travel as required Proactive in new sales expansion Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Valid driver’s license PREFERRED: Understanding of Japanese corporate culture Basic Japanese language proficiency Experience in sales of consumable industrial products toinkmanufacturers Knowledge of trade operations Experience with industrial production equipment (valves, pumps, dispersers, etc.) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
