As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the admissions process, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families. Responsibilities: Coordinate the full admissions process, including pre-admissions, intake, and discharge procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines Conduct tours to showcase the adult care facility's benefits Update the CRM system to ensure that leads are properly classified Understand and explain Medicaid eligibility requirements for NYS ALP Prepare admission packets, collect necessary documentation, and coordinate with medical and nursing staff to confirm appropriate resident placement Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families, addressing questions and concerns, building rapport, and providing updates throughout the process Maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, and ensure staffing coverage meets admission standards Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive appropriate care and services Ensure the facility adheres to all regulatory requirements, including resident rights and safety protocols Perform additional duties as assigned Benifits: Medical Dental Vision Wage $19.00-$22.00 Working at Promenade at University Place: At The Promenade at University Place , we believe that THE WARMTH OF FAMILY - THE VIBRANCY OF COMMUNITY - THE LOVE OF HOME is more than just a motto - it's a way of life.
