Primary Location: United States (US) - Oregon - Portland Function: Operations (CA) Title: Inventory Analyst - 121494 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As an Inventory Analyst for the Portland RDC located in Portland, OR you will coordinate, analyze, and process daily, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual inventory audits. In addition, you will: Develop & participate in inventory related activities to improve efficiencies Provide root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and drive resolution and prevention Prepare and review various inventory reports Assists with receiving inventory and replenishment activities Provide work direction to parts counter and NTA employees Participate in weekend on call rotation VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need 1 or more years’ experience with using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage working in a team environment Demonstrated effective communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy What Makes You Standout Experience or familiarity working with John Deere Parts Experience with SAP systems 1 or more years’ experience working in one or more operations’ support functions such as warehouse, logistics, inventory control, etc. Knowledge of parts distribution warehouse systems and terminology Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: Work in an industrialized and/or warehouse office setting Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. – Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
