Du wirst Teil eines sechsköpfigen Teams für die Region DACH & NORDICS, das aus Vertriebs- und Technikexperten besteht. Es herrscht eine offene und proaktive Kommunikationskultur ohne Mikromanagement. Eigenverantwortung und gegenseitige Unterstützung prägen die Teamdynamik. Position In dieser Rolle verbindest du technischen Tiefgang mit kommerziellem Geschick (ca. 50/50). Als Schlüsselfigur für den Vertrieb des Spezialitäten-Portfolios bist du strategischer Berater für deine B2B Kunden im Monogastrier-Bereich. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den technisch-kommerziellen Vertrieb des Spezialitäten-Portfolios mit klarem Fokus auf Enzyme. Du betreust und baust den Kundenstamm in der Futtermittel-, Vormischungs- und Mineralfutterindustrie in der DACH-Region (80%) und den nordischen Ländern (20%) strategisch aus. Du agierst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Produktmanager und Fütterungsexperten, identifizierst deren Bedürfnisse und entwickelst daraus passgenaue Lösungen. Du arbeitest eng im Team zusammen, teilst dein Wissen proaktiv und nutzt Synergien, um den gemeinsamen Erfolg zu sichern und berichtest an den Commercial Manager DACH & NORDICS. Du dokumentierst deine Kundenaktivitäten, Projektfortschritte und Opportunities sorgfältig im CRM-System. Du repräsentierst Adisseo auf Messen, Konferenzen und anderen Branchenveranstaltungen. Teamplayer mit Monogastrier-Expertise, Netzwerk in der Futtermittelindustrie und Freude an Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum. Abgeschlossenes Studium in Agrarwissenschaften, Tierernährung, Tierwissenschaften oder einem verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Fachgebiet (z. B. Physiologie, Biologie). Ein belastbares Netzwerk und bestehende Kontakte zu den relevanten Akteuren der Futtermittel-, Vormischungs- oder Mineralfutterindustrie in der DACH-Region. Nachgewiesene Produkt- und Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Futtermitteladditive, insbesondere mit Enzymen (NSPase und Phytase). Ein absoluter Teamplayer, der offen kommuniziert, Wissen teilt und den gemeinsamen Erfolg über die eigenen Interessen stellt. Eine eigenverantwortliche, motivierte und ausdauernde Arbeitsweise sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Du bringst bereits Geflügelexpertise mit. Dein Wohnsitz liegt idealerweise in Nordwestdeutschland, um die Reisetätigkeit zu optimieren. Kenntnisse einer skandinavischen Sprache oder Französisch sind von Vorteil.
