About the job Trip Planning Consultant
Overview
- Assist clients with coordinating vacation plans, cruises, hotel stays, tours, and other travel experiences
- Research destinations, travel products, accommodations, and transportation options through company-approved resources
- Help organize travel arrangements and confirm booking information is complete and accurate
- Provide personalized assistance based on client interests, schedules, and travel objectives
- Respond to inquiries and service requests through email, phone, and online communication platforms
- Support clients with itinerary enhancements, reservation adjustments, and travel-related updates
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel plans, and booking documentation
- Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and educational development programs
