???? Position Overview

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to handle foundational services and support the team. This is a key entry point into a long-term automotive career with real advancement opportunities.

????️ What You’ll Do

Maintenance & Basic Services

• Oil changes (synthetic & specialty) 
• Tire rotations, mounting, balancing 
• Battery testing & replacement 
• Filter replacements (engine & cabin) 
• Fluid checks and top-offs 
• Fluid exchanges

Inspection Process Execution

• Perform digital vehicle inspections (photos/videos) 
• Follow full inspection process (under hood → mid-rise → full-rise) 
• Communicate findings clearly to advisors 

Shop Support

• Assist senior technicians 
• Maintain clean, organized work area 
• Follow shop workflow and safety procedures

• 1+ year automotive experience 
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Reliability and accountability 
• Basic mechanical knowledge
