Payments Manager - Claims Ops & Team Growth (Des Moines)

Carrot is seeking a Payments Manager to lead a team of Claims Processors in Des Moines, IA. You will own the day-to-day payments queues, drive SLA attainment, and partner with Product, Analytics, and Finance to improve member experiences and financial operations. You will coach, hire, and develop staff, monitor KPI trends, and design onboarding programs while advancing Carrot's mission of affordable fertility and family-forming care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrot
