Junior Business Development RepresentativeAll Current Electrical is looking for a motivated, entry-level Business Development Representative who's eager to learn, grind, and grow into a full sales career. This is a launchpad role — you'll start by generating leads, opening doors through outbound prospecting, and supporting our sales team with quote follow-up and opportunity management. You won't be the one taking or closing deals early on, but you'll be an active, essential part of every deal that moves through our pipeline. From day one, you'll also handle incoming requests from our team inbox — real opportunities, real prospects — so you're contributing and learning the business immediately while you build your own book of business on the side. This is a growth role. As your activity, pipeline, and product knowledge build, this position is designed to evolve into a full-time Sales role, typically within 1–3 years.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to generate new leadsOpen doors with new prospects and introduce them to All Current Electrical's products and servicesManage and respond to incoming requests from the team inboxSupport the sales team with quote follow-up and moving opportunities toward closeResearch prospects and accounts to prioritize outreach and personalize messagingUse AI tools to work smarter — researching accounts, drafting outreach, and learning product details fasterTrack activity and pipeline progress in the CRMBuild product knowledge over time to prepare for a transition into a closing sales roleJob RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills — comfortable and confident on the phone and over emailSelf-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervisionPersistence and resilience — comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejectionStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when tracking leads and following up on quotesBasic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)Ability to learn and retain product knowledge in the electrical industryCoachability — open to feedback and eager to develop new skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEssential Job FunctionWe're hiring for mindset and potential over resume length.
