We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to earn more based on performance — someone who goes beyond fixing equipment to diagnose the issue, walk the customer through their options, and deliver a great experience every time.

The Role

You'll run residential service calls scheduled by dispatch — diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Run residential HVAC service calls — repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections
• Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
• Deliver clean, high-quality work and keep your job site and vehicle professional
• Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan (training provided)

What We're Looking For

• A goal-driven technician comfortable earning through performance
• Strong homeowner communication and a customer-first attitude
• Valid Texas HVAC license (or actively working toward)
• EPA 608 certification required
• 2+ years of residential service experience preferred
• NATE or ICE certification a plus
• ServiceTitan experience preferred (training provided)
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
