The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our experienced rehabilitation team. In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain strength, restore mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.
Your Impact:
- Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide direct physical therapy services to support recovery and functional goals
- Supervise and guide PTAs and other therapy team members
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques, exercises, and safety practices
What You Bring:
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
