Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 7 days call (if possible)
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: General hematology and oncology cases. Must be able to follow NCCN guidelines, respond to medication side effects, and manage chemotherapy treatment plans
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• EMR: EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Licensure required: Active Indiana license and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) required. Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) not accepted
