Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead onsite inventory, warehouse, and spare parts operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Job title: Operations Manager Location: Hillsboro, OR Pay range: $100,000-$105,000 What You'll Do Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations. Lead and develop an onsite operations team. Ensure inventory accuracy and material availability. Serve as the main customer contact for operational performance and escalations. Drive continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives. What We're Looking For 5+ years of operations, warehouse, logistics, or site management experience. Strong inventory control and ERP/WMS system knowledge. Proven leadership and customer-facing experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Why Apply?
