Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 12-Hour Shifts | 4-Day Work Week
Shift: 1st Shift | 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM

We are hiring Production & Packaging Associates for a growing company that values its employees and offers consistent full-time hours . This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking production jobs, packaging jobs, forklift jobs, or entry-level manufacturing careers . Key Responsibilities (Production & Packaging Work)
- Cut and empty bags of raw material
- Package finished products and shrink wrap pallets
- Operate forklifts and stack pallets safely
- Monitor production and notify supervisors of issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties as needed
- Exposure to dry dairy products and airborne particles
- Loud industrial environment with moving machinery and vibration
- Fast-paced production setting
- 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday)
- Consistent full-time hours
- Competitive pay at $21.37/hour

- Additional hours may be available based on production needs
- Prior forklift experience preferred
- Ability to use a computerized touch screen
- Comfortable operating hand tools (including hand blade)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently
- Capable of bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for 10-12 hours
- Ability to climb stairs and perform repetitive tasks
- High school diploma or GED required
