Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Level III-IV NICU settings. Must be prepared to handle high-risk deliveries and patients with conditions such as prematurity, RDS, and NAS.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory support, including vent management.
• Manage trachs, g-tubes, NG/OG, NCPAP, UAC/UVC.
• Administer medication and develop care plans.
• Oversee discharge coordination to home.
• Possibility of floating to ER to act as a sitter, though rare.

Requirements:

• BLS, NRP certifications.
• Valid WA state nursing license.
• Skills in respiratory support, PICC line management, and EPIC EMR system.
• Strong preference for travel experience.
