This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience required Previous forklift experience preferred Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Knowledge of quality and safety standards preferred Job Duties Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products Pack products accurately and efficiently Inspect products for quality defects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist production teams and support daily operations Follow all safety, quality, and 5S procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred. Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Production Forklift Operator. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong sense of urgency with a "get it done" attitude. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles. Ability to lift up to pounds as required.
