Area Medical Director – Value-Based Care | Florida (Hybrid)
Jacksonville | Daytona Beach | Space Coast Making over $380k

\n A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physician to serve as an Area Medical Director supporting a network of affiliated physician practices across Florida.

\n This unique hybrid leadership role allows you to continue practicing clinically 1-2 days per week while leading value-based care initiatives, physician engagement, quality improvement, and population health strategies across an established IPA network.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $310,000 - $368,500

Qualifications \n

\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
\n
• Active Florida License (or ability to obtain)
\n
• 5+ years of outpatient primary care experience
\n
• Experience in Value-Based Care and senior-focused populations
\n
• 3+ years of physician leadership experience
\n

\n
Preferred Experience \n

\n
• IPA, ACO, Medicare Advantage, or Population Health leadership
\n
• HEDIS, Stars, Risk Adjustment, and Quality Programs
\n
• Physician coaching and provider engagement
\n
• Shared Savings and Value-Based Reimbursement Models
\n

\n Physicians must reside in Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, or Florida's Space Coast region .
