Registered Nurse - Interventional Cardiology

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care in the Interventional Cardiology unit, specializing in recovery from advanced cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by implementing nursing processes, collaborating with medical teams, and providing physical, emotional, and educational support. Create and document individualized care plans, maintain effective communication regarding patient status, and supervise team members. Proficiently manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) ensuring accurate documentation and communication. Adhere to departmental, regulatory, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and quality care. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN in the state with a valid BLS certification. Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must demonstrate compassion, critical thinking, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent documentation skills and professional behavior. Additional Requirements: Experience in cardiac care, physical ability for medium work, and adherence to continuing education standards. Physical accommodations will be considered. Compensation: Pay range from $38.66 to $51.91 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
