What You'll Be Doing As a Line Cook at KALAKA MEXICAN KITCHEN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the delicious, high-quality dishes our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensuring all food is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assisting in food prep and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and skill to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for creating exceptional food and providing a great dining experience.
