THE ROLE

Our Produce Clerks are knowledgeable, food-loving individuals who take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. They actively engage with guests, share product knowledge, and ensure our wonderful displays are clean and well-stocked. Our fast-paced environment requires team members to successfully prioritize between routine tasks (such as product preparation, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining visually compelling displays) and immediate guest needs. We seek individuals who are dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to uphold our high-quality standards while contributing to a welcoming, service-driven environment.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’D DO

• Maintain high-quality standards in product management and presentation, supporting and executing the production of produce merchandising and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and readily communicate product information to increase sales, meet revenue goals, and best serve guests.
• Participate in physical inventories and practice inventory control.
• Ensure that the highest-quality products are stocked; appropriately remove and replace outdated products from sales areas daily.
• Effectively perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties within the department.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• One year of produce experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to problem solve and have proven success working in a diverse team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP/Department of Health guidelines, a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based upon business needs, including nights and weekends.
