The Logistics Specialist (LS) loads and unloads tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, stages products at customer locations, and maintains safe driving practices while delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation & Hours Starting wage $21.20 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year. Monday through Friday 2 pm–8 pm (30 hours a week). Speedy – complete work fast. Roles and Responsibilities Distribution of tasks: general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance. Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles. Follow safety standards for selecting, packing, labeling, and palletizing customer orders; locate each order with the bin locator system. Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely. Participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control. Collect payments from customers on COD transactions. Keep vehicles clean and in good condition; perform pre/post‑trip inspections and report issues. Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs. Ensure compliance with TireHub policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership. Competencies Optimize work processes and continuous improvement. Manage ambiguity effectively. Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history (excluding permit). Age 19 or older. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs, with or without mechanical assistance. Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting. Multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Accurately and efficiently load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles. Work up to 35 ft above ground level. Work up to 8 hrs per day on a forklift. Follow traffic rules and safely drive TireHub vehicles. Work independently and as part of a team. Familiar with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems. Maintain forklift certification. Maintain a valid REAL ID driver’s license with minimum 2 years of driving experience. Working Conditions Required to lift, pull, push, and move tires (up to 50 lbs or greater) safely. May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment. Vision requirements may include color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work in non‑climate‑controlled warehouses and customer locations. Extended day, evening, and weekend work may be required without advance notice. Driving during night or inclement weather may be required.
