Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Or until the job is completed)
Compensation
$35 – $50/hour based on experience
Company work truck/van provided
Position Summary
Unique Indoor Comfort is seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems. This position involves field service work in residential environments throughout the local service area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Install, maintain, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater service, and general plumbing repairs
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and plumbing codes
- Provide high-quality customer service on every call
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Environmental Conditions
- Field service environment
- Exposure to smells associated with sewer and water systems
- Exposure to sounds associated with power tools and equipment
- Exposure to dust and debris
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Extended work hours may include day and/or evening shifts
- Local travel required
