You're passionate about social‑first digital design, motion, UI/UX best practices, and effective branding. You have a clear pulse on what's trending across design, social, and marketing. You know how to use AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Claude, and Gemini to move faster and think bigger — without letting them water down the quality or originality of your work. You're self‑motivated, inspired, and full of big ideas, and you take ownership of your work. We take factors including geographic location, education, training, skillset, market rates, certifications, and more into consideration when constructing pay ranges for new and existing roles within our organization.
