HR Generalist

HR Generalist Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, well-rounded HR Generalist with a strong internal drive to support a large, fast-paced, non-union 24/7 manufacturing organization in a stable but growing business. This is a high-impact role where you'll be visible, accessible, and truly valued as a trusted resource for our team members and leaders. This role will work fully onsite at the manufacturing facility in the greater DallasFort Worth metropolitan area, there is no remote work offered. The general schedule is M-F from 8a - 5p with flexibility needed to be present for off-shifts at times. This role works in a team of 4 HR professionals and will operate in this highly collaborative environment. What You’ll Do As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience by: Providing HR support with an employee-first mindset Being highly accessible and responsive to employee needs Partnering with leaders to support performance, engagement, and culture initiatives Assisting with employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR best practices Ensuring policies and processes align with a positive, high-performing workplace Providing backup support for payroll What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment Well-rounded knowledge across core HR functions Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting employees Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is not required but preferred Solutions-based approach with continuous process improvement top of mind Ability to flex schedule when needed to connect with other shifts Schedule MondayFriday | 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with flexibility needed to be present for off-shifts at times Why You’ll Love It Here Employees-first culture that truly lives its values Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple sites Leadership that values collaboration and HR partnership A role where you’re visible, trusted, and empowered What We Offer You The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 $110,000 commensurate with experience.
