Cable Assembler Level - III

We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to join a high-performing manufacturing team supporting advanced electronic and defense-related systems. In this role, you will assemble cables, wire harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering specifications, perform precision soldering and wiring tasks, and support rework and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of assembly experience, can confidently read blueprints and wire lists, and is skilled with soldering equipment, hot tweezers, and precision measuring tools. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance, and a soldering certification is a plus.

• Troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities: • Assemble cables, wire harnesses, chassis, and PCBs according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and component installation activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and wire lists.
• Conduct inspections to ensure assemblies meet quality and workmanship standards.
• Perform rework, repair, disassembly, and reassembly of electronic assemblies as required.
• Utilize soldering equipment, hot tweezers, calipers, and other assembly tools safely and effectively.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturing best practices.
