Own the member journey from onboarding to retention. Lead creative strategy across all marketing platforms. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Translate business goals into effective marketing strategies. Requirements 8-10 years of marketing experience with leadership roles. Proven track record in building marketing functions. Deep expertise in product marketing for B2B and B2C. Strong performance marketing background. Experience with email marketing platforms and direct mail campaigns. Expert-level copywriting skills. Ability to direct and evaluate creative work. Fluency in marketing analytics and ROI measurement. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
