What is the job?- Lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-powered recommendation systems for millions of users
- Build robust ML models and MLOps pipelines that drive personalized insights
- Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to create next-level user experiences
- Mentor and guide a team of top-tier ML engineers and data scientists
- Work with cutting-edge tech like Python, Snowflake, Databricks, Kubernetes, AWS Ground Truth, and more
- 7+ years of ML experience, with expertise in recommendation systems, search, NLP, LLMs, and deep learning
- Proven track record of building scalable AI platforms used by millions
- Mastery of Python, SQL, and ML algorithms
- Experience leading high-performing teams in delivering AI-driven product features
- A strategic thinker who brings business impact through AI innovation
