Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create customized treatment plans based on individual needs, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Implement therapeutic interventions with a compassionate approach, empowering clients to discover their resilience and find hope throughout their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while upholding client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care tailored to the client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications
