Overview Job Location: 555 W MIDDLE VERDE RD - CAMP VERDE, AZ 86322 Position Type: On Call Education Level: None Salary Range: $8.50 Hourly Job Shift: Any Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the successful set-up, breakdown, and servicing of banquets, functions, meetings, and special events while providing exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service before, during, and after banquet functions according to CCCH and departmental standards of service. Assist with set-up and break down of events areas. Execute all tasks delegated by the Banquet Captain in a timely manner consistent with department SOPs. Set up a banquet room as requested to include glassware, service ware, linen, tables, buffet set up, stage, dance floor, portable bars, or any special requests. Assist with breakdown and reset of meeting and conference room in accordance with the event specifications to ensure readiness of the room for other functions. Ensure proper handling and storage of food and equipment by following health codes and department standards. Stock and replenish all products according to department standards, ensuring quality and par levels are maintained. Promptly assist guests with special requests and other needs in an efficient manner. Notify Banquet Captain of incidents, conflicts, or concerns affecting or potentially affecting normal business operations or guest services. Attend all meetings and training as required. Perform other functions as requested. Qualifications Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred: Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation. Education: Required: N/A Preferred: N/A Work Experience: Previous experience with food and beverage service, or retail, preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively and professionally interact with guests, vendors, and other Team Members to communicate options, directions, and de-escalate tense situations. Verbal fluency in English is required. Fluency in other languages is a plus. Ability to multi-task and keep track of multiple guest requests in a fast-paced environment. Professional Licenses & Certifications: Must have or obtain Food Handlers certification upon hire. Must have or obtain Title 4 certification upon hire. Age & Availability: Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Work Authorization & Compliance: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
