Restaurant Manager

About the Role As a Restaurant Manager at Jack in the Box, you will lead your local team to excel in hospitality and guest satisfaction, managing people, processes, and technology to drive store success. Responsibilities Be a role model for restaurant excellence, leading the team in service and satisfaction and embodying Jack in The Box mission. Ensure Team Leaders and Members meet our standards and customer care needs. Guide and support professional development for your team. Partner with the District Manager, Team Leaders and Team Members to create a collaborative, positive restaurant community. Manage communication between your restaurant, headquarters, and the franchise to share best practices, resolve issues, and strengthen the Jack in The Box brand. Own and be accountable for specific restaurant management and human resource functions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred. At least 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-paced full P&L environment; QSR experience highly desired. Internal promotion candidates must have a minimum 1+ year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager. 100% certification in all workstations.
