The Office Manager provides administrative leadership in support of the Disability Insurance program within a contact center environment. This role ensures the effective delivery of services that are timely, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Through subordinate managers, the Office Manager directs and oversees daily operations, using data and performance reports to monitor outcomes, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage contact center operations through subordinate managers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Analyze performance data and reports to evaluate productivity, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational enhancements. Oversee all personnel actions, including staffing, workforce planning, and employee development to maintain appropriate staffing levels and build organizational capacity. Promote leadership development, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement among management and staff. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures governing the Disability Insurance program. Serve as the facility manager, ensuring the building is maintained and operated in compliance with all safety and security requirements. Enforce system security protocols and internal controls to safeguard sensitive information and resources. Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to support program goals and organizational objectives.
