About the Role:
Gusner and Cherlys Garden Living LLC is looking for a motivated and personable Client Coordinator to join our team in Rohnert Park, CA! In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients and our team, ensuring every customer experience is seamless, warm, and memorable. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
• Coordinate scheduling and communication between clients and internal team members
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM or scheduling systems as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Support sales and project teams by preparing client-facing documents and correspondence
• Track project timelines and proactively communicate updates to clients
• Assist with general administrative duties to support daily business operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in client coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Interest or background in garden, landscape, or home living industries is a plus
