Custodial Supervisor

Job Full Description

Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm


Pay: $18.00/HR


Duties:

• Lead and supervise custodial teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
• Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices
• Travel between schools within the district to oversee custodial operations
• Perform daily cleaning duties including:
  
  
  • Trash removal
  • Dusting and vacuuming
  • Restroom maintenance
  • Detail cleaning of walls, blinds, and other surfaces
• Plan workload and implement action plans at client accounts to meet service standards
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure quality and client satisfaction
• Oversee custodial support for school events, including set-up and tear-down for sporting events and assemblies
• Supervise and coordinate schedules of custodial staff across multiple facilities
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Drive company or district vehicles to assigned locations across northeast Wisconsin

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of leadership experience - preferably in custodial services
• Prior custodial experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong physical condition with trunk strength, flexibility, manual dexterity, and static strength.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects averaging 50-75 pounds.
