We are looking for positive and eager stylists to grow our salon! Team sailing dba Great Clips has 26 years experience as a family hair salon who value respect and transparency with our staff and the clients we serve. Team Sailing Promise -$17/hr guaranteed effective wage - Top stylists earn $30+/hr with tips (not including their cash) - Full supplies provided (all you need are your clippers, trimmers and shears) - Paid training and leadership track available - Need help with tool purchase we can help purchase via payroll deduction - Full-time stylist are eligible for benefits available

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
