Concrete Batch Plant Operator/Plant Manager with $2000 Sign-On Bonus We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and managing the overall operations of the plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, production planning, and plant management. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands Ensure compliance with quality control standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Lead a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedure Experience Proven experience in plant management or related role Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices Demonstrated experience in production planning and scheduling Solid understanding of quality control systems and methodologies Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement Mechanical knowledge or background is preferred.
