Schedule & Availability Full‑time positions available – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays Day shift Daily Responsibilities You promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors. You perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. You administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. You provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. You oversee the nurse aide team, providing direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher. High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care. Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
