We currently have two openings on our 2nd shift team and are looking for hands-on technicians who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, take pride in keeping equipment running, and bring a strong troubleshooting mindset to everything they do.Responsibilities/skills:Welding & fabrication environmentFocus on PLCs and robotics supportHigh-speed manufacturing environment12–15 second cycle timesQualifications:Experience with PLC troubleshooting and/or robotics troubleshootingExperience with Fanuc robotics and Allen-Bradley PLCs (strongly preferred)Manufacturing lineside support experience preferredStrong troubleshooting ability and willingness to learn quicklyPositive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with operatorsExperience Level:Targeting candidates with 2–3+ years of experienceFlexible on years of experience if the candidate demonstrates: Strong troubleshooting skills, Drive and initiative, and Fast learning ability
