Program & Location: Women's Addiction Treatment Center (WATC), New Bedford, MA Pay Range: $36 - $54.50 per hour (depending on license and experience, plus shift differentials) Status: Per Diem, all days including weekends Shift: 2nd/3rd Shifts

RN/LPN Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assisting patients on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders.
• Provide noninvasive medical care- medical management to evaluate and assess patient's level of withdrawal using evidence-based protocols.
• Physically low-impact position where the patients are mostly able to manage their own ADLs and ambulation.
• Work as a 2-3 person nursing team to provide care coordination and case management.
• Assure patient care meets best practice standards utilizing nursing skills, experience to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Medication administration, count and register.
• Provide thorough, accurate and complete documentation of treatment and care in the Electronic Health Record.
• Monitor, assess and treat patient conditions appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned.
