CDL-A Drivers Home Weekly $72K-$102K/1st Yr (Full Time) – Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly. These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). Drivers average $1400-$2000 per week with deliveries in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC. Full benefits start after 60 days and the driver will have 3-5 days of training on the account. Drivers will be home weekly (NOT GUARANTEED WEEKENDS). Drivers may take trucks home but must be able to park the tractor and trailer. After training, you may bring a rider and a pet with you. Job Pay and Summary Drivers pick up loads at DC just outside Front Royal. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go. Drivers receive a daily salary of $215 per day and an additional $300 for each trailer unloaded. Each trailer includes 2-4 stops. Drivers unload boxes weighing 1-35lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store; store personnel handle inventory and merchandising. After the 34‑hour reset at home, drivers still remain on a load and finish deliveries before heading back to DC for the next load. Orientation takes place in Dayton, generally about 2 days. The company covers transportation, hotel, and meals, and pays $85 per day for orientation. Training is generally 3‑5 days, paid at the daily rate of $215. You may double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first; either option may be required. After training, you may bring a rider and a dog. CDL must be valid in the state of residence. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, but cannot have a major traffic violation, a preventable rear‑end, or a rollover. Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. May have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or using a handheld device. No felonies in the last 7 years (excluding any sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years. Drug‑Testing Policy Urine drug test only.
