General Manager, Service Operations

$150K-$170K+ Base + Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading commercial HVAC services organization seeking a General Manager to lead a large service operation across South Florida.

This is not a Service Manager role.

We're looking for a true business operator who can improve profitability, develop leaders, streamline operations, and drive performance across service, customer support, dispatch, warehouse, and field teams.

What You'll Own

✅ Full P&L responsibility for a $15M+ service division

✅ Leadership of 45-60+ employees across multiple functions

✅ Operational efficiency, labor productivity, and service profitability

✅ Manager development and succession planning

✅ Customer relationships and executive-level communication

✅ Process improvement, reporting, and KPI management

✅ Strategic growth initiatives and business performance

What We're Looking For

✔ Commercial HVAC service leadership experience

✔ Proven P&L ownership

✔ Experience leading large teams and multiple departments

✔ Strong operational and financial acumen

✔ Track record of improving processes, performance, and profitability

✔ Executive presence with the ability to lead from the front
