Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
